  • A week before, admitted students will receive an email indicating the time slot in which they must enrol and select their schedule.
  • The detailed timetables of the subjects: Main Instrument, Chamber Music, Repertoire with Piano, Applied Piano, Complementary Piano/Related Instrument, will be available to students on this website before starting the course. CONSULT HERE THE TIMETABLES
  • For the organization of the groups and schedules for Chamber Music, all students who will be taking the subject are requested to fill out the following CHAMBER MUSIC GROUPS FORM.
  • Enrol as indicated in the «Enrolment instructions» section, taking into account that the maximum number of credits is 72 and the minimum is 37. It is usual to enrol for a full course (60 credits).
  • Students who opt for Partial Registration must apply in advance through the Head of Studies on July, 25. To do this, they must submit a letter, addressed to the Conservatory Management, in which the reasons and the corresponding documentary justification for these are set out. They must enrol between a minimum of 18 and a maximum of 36 credits. In the case of studying a double speciality or if it is the last credits to finish the studies, it will not be necessary to apply for it.
  • Students who are going to enroll in two specialties should know that ARTIC only allows enrollment in one specialty. For the second speciality they must contact the Head of Studies.
  • Students who wish to request the recognition and transfer of credits must note, during the registration procedure in ARTIC, which subjects are eligible for credit recognition, by checking the tab indicated for this purpose. The program does not add the credits of these subjects to the final amount of the fees. After formalizing your enrolment electronically, all the necessary documentation must be submitted through the following forms:
  • The indication «Registration status: PROVISIONAL» that appears in ARTIC does not mean that the registration has not been made. After a few days it will automatically change to CONFIRMED.
  • The payment of school insurance is mandatory for all students who are not 28 years old when the course starts. It amounts to €1.12 and is paid by bank transfer to the account ES16 0081 1351 9700 0105 3913 indicating in the concept SE-«year of the school year» «student’s surname» (example: SE-2024 GARCÍA GARCÍA).
  • If during registration a technical problem arises, do not call the Conservatory; they should write an email to: jefaturadeestudios@csmcalicante.com

DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

  • Passport-size photograph.
  • Assignment of rights form, completed and signed.
  • Proof of payment of the fees for opening the file.
  • Students who do not apply for a scholarship from the Ministry of Education, proof of payment of academic fees.
  • Students who apply for a scholarship from the Ministry of Education, receipt of the scholarship application.
  • Students under 28 years of age on the date of the start of the course must present proof of payment of the student insurance and indicate the social security number. The School insurance amounts to €1.12 and is paid by bank transfer to the account ES16 0081 1351 9700 0105 3913 indicating in the concept «ES-2022» and the student’s surname.
  • The beneficiaries of the large family certificate must provide a photocopy and original of it, which must be valid.
  • If you are part of a single-parent family, they will provide a verified photocopy of the updated title.
  • If you request exemption from fees because you are affected by a disability equal to or greater than 33%, you must submit a verified photocopy of the certification of that circumstance.
  • If you are a victim of armed gangs and terrorist elements, you must submit a verified photocopy of the following documents: the one that proves that you are a victim of armed gangs and terrorist elements and, if you are the child of the person recognized as a victim, a family book.
  • If you are a victim of gender violence, you must present a verified photocopy of the court decision that recognizes this condition or, if you are the son or daughter of the person recognized as a victim and are under 25 years of age, also of the family book.
  • For First Year students, in case of having Honors or Extraordinary Award in Baccalaureate, certificate of obtainment.

PAYMENT OF ENROLLMENT FEES

      • The document for the payment of the fees (form 046) is obtained automatically at the end of the registration by clicking on «Payments: Check payments» and then clicking on «PAISE». For it to be generated correctly, you must indicate whether you want to pay the enrolment fee in one instalment or two. Payment can also be made through the following links:
      • Opening of the Academic Record
      • Subject Enrolment (per credit ECTS)
      • Instructions for obtaining form 046
      • Students who split the payment of the academic fees into two instalments must pay 50% at the time of enrolment and the other 50% at the beginning of the 2nd semester of the academic year. It is recommended to split the payment into two instalments, since if there is an error or modification in the enrolment that would lead to a variation in the number of credits and, consequently, in the amount of the fees, this difference could be compensated for when the payment of the second instalment is made.
      • Students who apply for a scholarship from the Ministry of Education do not have to pay the tuition fee at the beginning of the course. If they are awarded the scholarship, they must submit the scholarship holder credential to the Secretary’s Office and are exempt from paying the academic fees. If they are denied, they will have to make the payment when they receive the notification in which they are informed of the non-granting of the scholarship.
      • All new students must pay the fees for opening their academic records
      •  Those who wish to obtain the conservatory card must also pay the fee for identity card..

DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FOR MASTER’S STUDENTS

  • Copy of the Enrollment Application. This is generated once the telematic registration has been completed and which you can download as it will be registered in your ARTIC account.
  • Proof of payment of the fees or the supporting document for which you are a beneficiary, as well as the scholarship application if applicable.
  • Photocopy of the ID card. Foreign students must provide a photocopy of their passport and resident card (NIE).
  • <span «>Passport-size photograph.
  • The beneficiaries of the large family certificate must provide a photocopy and original of it, which must be valid.
  • Students under 28 years of age on the date of the start of the course must present proof of payment of the student insurance and indicate the social security number.   • Original of the Bachelor’s Degree or the receipt of having requested it together with proof of payment of the corresponding fees. Foreign students must submit the homologation of the degree by the Ministry of Education.
