Transfer of academic record, re-admission, entrance with test in other centers

Period: From July 1 to July 31

A transfer of academic records is understood as the change of institution where studies are being carried out, in order to continue the same program in the following academic year at a different institution.

  1. During the month of July, individuals interested in pursuing higher artistic education may submit a request for a transfer of academic records to the ISEACV center they wish to attend.
  2. To apply for a transfer of academic records, all of the following requirements must be met: Completion of the entire first academic year, no subject at the original institution may have exhausted the four available exam attempts, a minimum of 12 ECTS credits must have been passed at the end of each academic year, the maximum duration of enrollment, as referenced in Article 81.3 of Decree 117/2022, must not have been exceeded.
  3. If a student has exhausted all exam attempts for a subject—except for the Final Degree Project (TFG) or Final Master’s Project (TFM)—they may not enroll in another institution within the Valencian Community in the same specialty and pathway.
  4. The institution’s administration will grant the transfer based on the availability of places for the requested program, once the specific entrance exams have concluded and re-admissions have been processed. Depending on the number of vacant places, priority will be given to applicants with the best academic record, calculated from the average grade of completed subjects as reflected in the personal academic transcript.
  5. Once the transfer is accepted, students will be entitled to credit recognition in accordance with Article 10 of Royal Decrees 630 to 634, all dated May 14, 2010, which regulate the basic content of Bachelor’s Degrees in Higher Artistic Education. All previously passed credits will be subject to recognition.

Period: From June 1 to June 30

As established in point 5 of Article 14 of Decree 48/2011, students who have been withdrawn from their studies leading to a degree—for any reason (absences, non-payment, withdrawal from enrollment, failure to meet the minimum credit requirement per academic year, cancellation of enrollment, or abandonment)—for the first time, may not rejoin the program in the academic year immediately following their withdrawal. They may request re-entry into the program after two academic years of being withdrawn. Students who were withdrawn due to non-payment must settle any outstanding fees in order to apply for re-entry. Students who have exhausted all exam attempts for any subject may not be readmitted and will be permanently withdrawn from the specialty they were pursuing. During the month of June, applications for re-entry for the 2026–2027 academic year may be submitted. The institution’s administration will grant readmission based on available places, once the specific entrance exams have concluded and provided there are no outstanding fees. Any further breach of the conditions of enrollment will result in permanent withdrawal from the program.
