  • Registration must be completed as indicated in the “Registration Instructions” section, keeping in mind that the maximum number of credits is 72 and the minimum is 37. It is customary to register for a full academic year (60 credits).

To do so, they must submit a request addressed to the Conservatory Administration, stating their reasons and providing the corresponding supporting documentation. They must enroll for a minimum of 18 and a maximum of 36 credits. If pursuing a double major, it is NOT necessary to apply.
  • Students who plan to enroll in two majors should be aware that ARTIC only allows enrollment in one major. For the second major, they must contact the Office of the Dean of Studies.
  • Students who wish to request credit recognition and transfer must indicate, during the ARTIC registration process, which courses are eligible for credit recognition by checking the appropriate box. The system does not include the credits for these courses in the final tuition calculation. After completing your registration, you must submit all necessary documentation via the ACADEMIC PROCEDURES FORM.
  • The status “Enrollment Status: PROVISIONAL” that appears in ARTIC does not mean that enrollment has not been completed. After a few days, it will automatically change to CONFIRMED.
  • Payment of student insurance is mandatory for all students under the age of 28 at the start of the academic year. The amount is €1.12 and must be paid via bank transfer to account ES16 0081 1351 9700 0105 3913, indicating in the payment description “SE-” followed by the academic year and the student’s last name (example: SE-2024 GARCÍA GARCÍA).

PAYMENT OF ENROLLMENT FEES

      • The document for the payment of the fees (form 046) is obtained automatically at the end of the registration by clicking on «Payments: Check payments» and then clicking on «PAISE». For it to be generated correctly, you must indicate whether you want to pay the enrolment fee in one instalment or two. Payment can also be made through the following links:
      • Opening of the Academic Record
      • Subject Enrolment (per credit ECTS)
      • Instructions for obtaining form 046
      • Students who split the payment of the academic fees into two instalments must pay 50% at the time of enrolment and the other 50% at the beginning of the 2nd semester of the academic year. It is recommended to split the payment into two instalments, since if there is an error or modification in the enrolment that would lead to a variation in the number of credits and, consequently, in the amount of the fees, this difference could be compensated for when the payment of the second instalment is made.
      • Students who apply for a scholarship from the Ministry of Education do not have to pay the tuition fee at the beginning of the course. If they are awarded the scholarship, they must submit the scholarship holder credential to the Secretary’s Office and are exempt from paying the academic fees. If they are denied, they will have to make the payment when they receive the notification in which they are informed of the non-granting of the scholarship.
      • All new students must pay the fees for opening their academic records
      •  Those who wish to obtain the conservatory card must also pay the fee for identity card..
