Step 1: Access and Activation in ARTIC
ARTIC already has your user profile; however, it needs to be converted to a enrolled student at CSMA. From our web You must log in with your username and password and open the tab ENROLLMENT. You’ll need to follow the steps, selecting the groups and schedules, until you reach the end of the process, where you’ll confirm your registration..
Step 2: Choosing Groups and Schedules
The master’s program consists of 60 ECTS credits.
The method for assigning groups and schedules depends on the type of course:

Step 3: Payment of Fees
Once you have finished selecting your courses in ARTIC, the system will automatically generate Form 046, which is the official document for paying fees.
Concepts:
- Opening of Academic Records (Students who have completed the Bachelor’s degree at CSMA are exempt.)
- Course Registration by Credits.
Payment Methods:
- Online payment:By credit card or Bizum on the same platform upon completion.
- In person:Print Form 046 and visit a participating bank.
Deadlines and Installment Payments:
- You can choose to pay in a single payment or in two equal installments.
- The first installment must be paid upon registration, with a deadline of July, 20.
- Notice of Nonpayment:Failure to pay any installment will result in automatic cancellation of enrollment, with no right to a refund.
- Scholarship Application:If you have applied for a scholarship, you are not required to pay the fees for the ECTS credits for which you are enrolled. If your scholarship is subsequently denied or revoked, you have 20 calendar days from the date of notification to pay the corresponding fees; otherwise, your enrollment will be canceled.
- If you wish to request credit recognition for prior coursework, you must select the corresponding tab during the process in ARTIC.
- Fee Management:Credits marked for recognition will not be added to the initial tuition payment until the case is resolved.
- Resolution:Once your request has been processed, you will be notified so that you can adjust your enrollment and pay any remaining fees, if applicable.

Exemptions and Credits:
- Ministry Scholarships: You must select this option in ARTIC. You do not have to pay tuition at this time, but you do have to pay administrative fees (for opening your student file).
- Honors: A credit exemption for the subsequent course equivalent to the credits of the course taken with honors.
- Special Large Family: 100% Exemption.
- General Large Family: 50% Exemtion.
- Disability (>= 33%): 100% Exemption.
- Victims of Terrorism: 100% Exemption.
Step 4: Mandatory School Insurance
This is a separate payment that IS NOT made using Form 046. It is a mandatory direct bank transfer for students under 28 years of age at the start of the academic year.

Concept: «SE-2627» + Student’s First and Last Name
It is also advisable to include your Social Security Number (NUSS) in the transfer description.
Step 5: Online Filing of Documentation
After confirming your enrollment at ARTIC and making the payments, you have a non-extendable 3-day period to submit the supporting documents through the Secretariat’s Online Registration System.
Documents you must include:
- Proof of fee payment(Form 046) or, if applicable, proof of a current scholarship or exemption.
- Proof of payment for School Insurance (€1.12 bank transfer).
- DNI o NIE:Only if it has expired since enrollment. International students must provide their passport and resident card if these have expired or changed.
- Admission Documentation: Foreign degrees pending recognition or degrees still pending during the registration process for the entrance exam (conditional enrollment).
- Notice:Students from the CSMA are exempt from this requirement, as the school has their records and will verify that they have obtained their vocational certificate.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS At the beginning of the academic year, the Registrar’s Office will require the submission of original documents for verification. Failure to submit complete documentation or submission of false documents will result in immediate cancellation of enrollment, and the next applicant on the waiting list will be contacted.
